The price for our self catering apartment E 31  is £195

There is no additional cost for amount of people or Public Holiday times, including Easter and Christmas.

 

Extra days are charge at £27 per night.    Or (euro equivalent).

Our self catering apartment price has dropped substantially  from last years price this is because of a change of management policies.

The apartment now has a pay for what you use system for electricity and water.

We find this works better for both parties, it benefits you because you pay only for what you use so bringing the rental cost down compared to other two bed self catering apartments in  sharm el sheikh.

The average cost for normal use of these facilities has been calculated to around £25 per week.

(sensible use of the Air-con and Hot Water Boiler will reduce the utility cost considerably.

Airport Transfers

3-4     persons  150 LE                  Airport transport fees are to be paid separately

5-10   persons  210 LE                  At the resort on arrival, as this is charged by

                                                       Egyptian Experience.        

 

DEPOSIT

 

We will require a £50 holding deposit (non refundable) to be paid  on booking

And the remainder of holiday price to be paid at least 4 weeks before departure.

 

European and other foriegn parties can pay at resort on arrival.
