The sea water temperature in the winter time

Feels ok for short periods of time but for longer periods its better for a wet suit or

T shirt (even though it feels warm, body temperature drops when in cooler water.

From  our experience of  winter holidays in sharm  it’s very pleasant in the day

But can get cooler on the night so light jacket or cardigan will be adequate.
